We arrived in Roxas at around 3PM. So it’s a little bit early for the real Roxas street food show. Apart from the food lining up in one side of the street, there is also a turo-turo carenderia which also offered street food, like the kinilaw, chicken barbecue, pork barbecue, chorizo, isaw (grilled chicken intestine), guso (seaweeds), hotdogs, inihaw na baboy (grilled pork belly), etc..
But the unique street food in Roxas are:
Balut and Penoy
Inihaw na Baboy or Sinugbang baboy
Braso Del Mercedes
Charcoal Ice Cream
and many many more.
