The one in front is reading a letter to Duterte. This is what it said in the letter:

Walang gustong sumagot s plane ticket namin. At y ayaw nilang ibigay ang settlement namin.

Here’s the translation in English:

We are here in Saudi Arabia working in Mam company. We’re asking help from you. It’s been two months we’re here, still waiting to come home, but no one’s trying to takes care of our papers. No one wants to cover our plane ticket . They also would not give us the settlement. We’re working here for three years now but we did not get some benefits. Have pity on us. We really want to go home to our family. We are staying here in the receiving area of the company. We only eat noodles every day, and we’re boiling water to drink.
