Vhon Martin Tanto, the official suspect in the road rage killing of a cyclist Mr. Garalde in Quiapo taking after a quarrel on Monday night, was captured in Masbate on Friday.

A report by GMA News’ Jun Veneracion on Balitanghali, refering to Army Lt. Gen. Eduardo Año, said Tanto was captured at 11:40 a.m. in East Milagros by joined components of the Army’s Intelligence and Security Group, ninth Infantry Division and neighborhood police.

Tanto, an Army reservist, is the associate in the murdering with Mark Vincent Garalde amid a squabble along P. Casal Street on Monday night.

The Philippine Army had before said it will do its offer in finding Tanto, who is allocated with the 1301st Community Defense Center, National Capital Regional Community Defense Group of the Army Reserve Command situated in Caloocan City.

The footage, which has ended up viral on online networking, indicated Tanto shooting Garalde a few times at point blank after they occupied with a fistfight. A spectator is in basic condition in the wake of being hit by a stray bullet.

Tanto’s vehicle was later recuperated by the police in Nueva Vizcaya, at the place of his brother by marriage.

Police said Tanto possessed three guns and is viewed as armed and unsafe.

The report said Tanto will be swung over to the Manila Police District.
