For decades we can just enter this area of the seminary in Catalunan Grande, where you can have a beautiful view of the Davao Bay and Mt. Apo.
Yesterday, when I went out for a bicycle ride and proceed to this place, I saw this:
Probably now it is privately owned by the Archbishop of Davao because of these words on the gate:
As kids we were always allowed to go inside this particular location of the Catalunan Grande Seminary, also called as REMASE (Regional Major Seminary of Mindanao.) The last time I’ve gone here was in 2011. See pics below.
But now not anymore. I wasn’t able to get inside to see the view once again. A view we have always loved.
