Big networks has just reported that RTC Branch 2014 orders the arrest of Senator Leila De Lima.

A warrant of arrest was issued on Thursday by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Muntinlupa City for Sen. Leila De Lima and her other co-denounced in the drug charges documented against them by the Department of Justice (DOJ), the STAR revealed.

De Lima’s cases were given away the Muntinlupa RTC branches 204, 205 (Judge Amelia Fabros-Corpuz) and 206 (Judge Patria Manalastas-de Leon) last Monday.

De Lima is confronting three charges in connection to her claimed agreement with detainees and insurance of the illegal drug trade at the National Bilibid Prison in return for cash amid her time as Justice Secretary of the Aquino administration.

She is blamed for damaging segment five of the Dangerous Drugs Act that disallows the deal, exchanging, organization, agreement, conveyance, dispersion and transportation of illegal drugs.

A week ago, De Lima communicated her arrangement for the “most dire outcome imaginable” in the bodies of evidence the DOJ was get ready against her.

She has over and again indicated President Duterte as the man behind all the legitimate headwinds she was confronting. She said that it had dependably been the desire of Duterte to prison her, one of the staunchest commentators of the CEO’s war on drugs.
