In an interview with Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez, he says that Duterte’s decision to make China as ally and break ties with US is a big boost to Philippines’s infrastructure projects. He said:

“On the Chinese side led by President Xi Jinping announced that they will make available to the Philippines in official development assistance 6 billion dollars worth, and another 3 billion dollars in credits from bank of china that’s going to be a very bog boost to our infrastructure projects.”
