The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has coordinated with Senator Tito Sotto’s office to make their own investigation if there really is fraudy in the 2016 elections. COMELEC spokesperson James Jimenez said that when they got the documents from the senator they would start the investigation. He also insisted that the senator’s disclosure by his privilege
“I will definitely stop crime and corruption if elected president in 2016,” he said. Duterte said if there would be no crime committed in every province, investors would come. He said he would also definitely stop corruption if elected, as the mayor cited Davao City where there is no corruption. “Corruption must stop,” Duterte said.
